Returns & Exchanges Policy

Should you wish to return an item, Organic Spa Apothecary offers a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You may only return or exchange products which are unopened and unused (products with an unbroken seal, unopened packaging and in new, resalable condition).  All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please email info@organicspahouston.com to obtain an RMA number and return address before returning your package.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges should we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that a product has been opened, used, has a broken seal, opened packaging or is not in new, resalable condition.  We may request you to provide additional information or materials (including photos) relating to the relevant products being returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable or credited.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  All returns or exchanges must have an original receipt or RMA number when purchased online through spaapothecary.com.  Please allow up to 72 hours for an RMA number to be generated or an email response to be received.

The store credit issued for returned items cannot be exchanged for cash.

Customer neglect of products voids the credit and exchange policy.  Examples include but are not limited to: Failure to make provisions to receive your delivery in a timely manner (such as ordering product and then going out of town with no one available to receive the order).  Improper care of product after delivery (such as exposure to sunlight and heat after delivery).
